You sure can... We do a free technical review of your file before you place your order. You'll have better peace of mind knowing that your file is ok before you pay. We will upload a press-ready PDF proof for your to review with notes from our expert prepress technicians for your consideration. When you are ready to place the order, simply approve the uploaded proof with your print specialist.
What can I check on my electronic PDF proof?
The press-ready PDF proof that is uploaded for your review and approval is the final opportunity for you to check the layout, bleeds, trim lines and final content. It is by no means an accurate color reproduction of your final printed piece. If your file is color-critical, you may order a hard copy proof. We will upload a press-ready PDF proof for your to review with notes from our expert prepress technicians for your consideration. When you are ready to place the order, simply approve the uploaded proof and proceed to checkout. It's that easy.
Do you offer hard copy proofs?
Redbird Printing offers hard copy proofs upon request which show reasonable likeness to the final printed pieces. Such proofs are recommended for color-critical art and must be requested when the print order is placed. Hard copy proofs are printed on a substrate different from the actual paper type and while it’s main purpose is to show color, variations may occur depending on the finish selected (AQ, matte, UV) for the final print job. We do not offer hard copy proofs for art that would be printed on uncoated paper.
Common Sales Tax Questions
When will I be charged sales tax?
We are located in Orange County, FL 32789. Orders picked-up from our facility will be charged a Sales Tax rate of 6.5%. Orders shipped anywhere in Florida will be charged the current sales tax rate applicable to the county of destination. out of state orders are tax-exempt.

How will you ship my order?
We ship via UPS. Their services include UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air.
How do you compute shipping charges?
We charge for the shipping on your order based on the number of boxes and their weight and the ZIP code that they are being delivered to.
Do you offer blind shipping?
We blind ship per your instructions.
Can I pick-up my order?
If it makes it more convenient, you can pick-up your order from 803 S. Orlando Ave. Suite J, Winter Park, FL 32789. Our pick-up hours are Mondays-Fridays, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
